Reasons to have your home inspected by Haber Home Inspection before you list or sell your property:
Many items may need repair that you may be unaware of. This gives you time to make repairs and increase your selling price and bottom line.
These may be items that you wish not to repair but to add to your disclosure statement. Once listed on your disclosure statement, buyers should assume you are selling your home for the listed price with the disclosed items in their current condition. If found during the inspection without being previously disclosed, the buyer assumes the cost to repair these items will be deducted from the sales price.
A Pre Sale Inspection means no big surprises at sale time.
Selling a home is stressful enough without having sale glitches come about due to repair surprises at home inspection time. The whole deal can fall apart when a home is discovered to need many repairs which the buyers are not prepared to deal with. It is usually a surprise to the sellers as well.
